Michael A. McGowan (Co-Founder and CEO)
Michael is a talented writer, director, and producer who attended McNeese State University and a screenwriters program based in Santa Monica. He has worked for CFP Production at Paramount Studios Company, which produced the hit movie "How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days". Michael has also written and directed the films "Reservation" and "How To Love A Geek" and produced the documentary "Coming Up From The Ashes". His more recent project, "Without A Hitch," just wrapped production and is a reality TV first for Lake Charles.
Taja V. Simpson (Co-Founder and COO)
Taja V. Simpson (Co-Founder and COO): Taja is a true force to be reckoned with in the entertainment industry. Hailing from Lake Charles, Louisiana, Taja developed a love for acting at a young age and pursued this passion throughout her high school years. She's appeared in hit shows like "The Oval," "Grey's Anatomy," "Criminal Minds," and "The Mindy Project," as well as independent films and stage productions.
Logan Chapman (Creative Director)
Logan is a director of photography and editor from Louisiana, who has made a significant impact in Lake Charles in the film and TV industry. He's worked on numerous TV shows and documentaries, including "Coming Up from the Ashes". Logan has collaborated extensively with Michael A. McGowan at Simpson & McGowan Studios, contributing his skills in cinematography and editing to the team. In addition to his work in film and television, Logan is an accomplished music producer, having produced over 12 studio albums for various artists
